WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR SCENTS?

Scent Sticks

All of our scent sticks are manufactured around their unique seasons to ensure we are providing the freshest possible scents.

Most of our scent sticks will last for up to 2 years unopened.

Every scent stick comes packaged in a resealabel and reusable ziploc style bag. Always store your scent stick in its resealable bag to help combat air dehydration. Keep your scent stick stored in a cool place and away from direct sunlight.

ThermaPads

ThermaPads are an innovative scented pad that combines effective scent disbursement with a biodegradable, eco-friendly solution.

If you are hanging your ThermaPads in your hunting area, you may be abe to get multiple hunting session out of them depending on care and weather conditions.

If you are heating them with a heated scent dispenser, they will last up to 12 hours before the scent has been completely dispersed.

Liquid Scents

Our EverCalm and VS-1 liquid scents are good for one season. The reason for this is they contain no preservatives and are 100% pure.

ScentFire Cartridges

The manufacturing process of our ScentFire cartridges allows the urine in the cartridges to be good for up to two hunting seasons.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR SCENTS?

1. We have the following shipping options available:

  • $5.00 USPS Priority Mail. This option is currently available for all orders.
  • Free USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders over $100.00
  • UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight. The cost for this will be calculated after you enter your shipping address.

2. All of our scent sticks and scent dispensers are safe to travel through USPS and UPS.

3. If you are purchasing VS-1 liquid, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING. If you live in a southern or western state, we highly recommend selecting the UPS 2-Day air option. This will ensure the package reaches you within the 3 day limit VS-1 liquid can travel. We do pack the VS-1 liquid with an ice pack to help. We are not responsible for a spoiled proudct. If you have concerns about this product reaching you in time, expedited UPS shipping or selecting our equally effective scent stick will be your best option.

4. While we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, we understand that these kinds of things happen. It's not your fault and it's not ours. In most instances, we will resend your package either with another shipping company and/or to a different location.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

When you purchase a product from ConQuest Scents, we work extremely hard to ensure that the product is free from defects. Whether you purchased directly from us or a retailer, please read the following policies.

Retailer Purchases.

You have several options to return a defective product from a retailer. You can return it to the retailer and you will be subject to their return/exchange policies. You will most likely be required to show a receipt also.

If you want to return/exchange the product from us, you will need the following.

  • Email us at support@conquestscents.com
  • Provide a proof of purchase receipt
  • Initiate the return within 60 days of purchase.
  • The product must be defective in order to be eligible for a return.
  • Return authorization from our support team that is documented.
  • Defective product must be shipped back to us for inspection.

Online Purchases.

If you purchased a defective product directly from us, you can:

  • Email us at support@conquestscents.com
  • Provide your order number..
  • Initiate the return within 60 days of purchase.
  • The product must be defective in order to be eligible for a return.
  • Return authorization from our support team that is documented.
  • Defective product must be shipped back to us for inspection.

Exceptions Include:

  • Used or worn merch returns or exchanges is at our discretion.
  • Used scent products without defect.

If all of the conditions are met, you will be eligible for a refund or an exchange for the same product.
