RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
When you purchase a product from ConQuest Scents, we work extremely hard to ensure that the product is free from defects. Whether you purchased directly from us or a retailer, please read the following policies.
Retailer Purchases.
You have several options to return a defective product from a retailer. You can return it to the retailer and you will be subject to their return/exchange policies. You will most likely be required to show a receipt also.
If you want to return/exchange the product from us, you will need the following.
- Email us at support@conquestscents.com
- Provide a proof of purchase receipt
- Initiate the return within 60 days of purchase.
- The product must be defective in order to be eligible for a return.
- Return authorization from our support team that is documented.
- Defective product must be shipped back to us for inspection.
Online Purchases.
If you purchased a defective product directly from us, you can:
- Email us at support@conquestscents.com
- Provide your order number..
- Initiate the return within 60 days of purchase.
- The product must be defective in order to be eligible for a return.
- Return authorization from our support team that is documented.
- Defective product must be shipped back to us for inspection.
Exceptions Include:
- Used or worn merch returns or exchanges is at our discretion.
- Used scent products without defect.
If all of the conditions are met, you will be eligible for a refund or an exchange for the same product.
