ConQuest Scents and ConQuest DeerFarm is a private, family owned manufacturing company and working farm.
We DO NOT have a retail storefront at the Farm.

Can I purchase ConQuest Scents Online? Where can I go to purchase products?
We have encountered instances of unauthorized retailers of our product in the online marketplace.
In that case, we cannot offer any customer service to such purchases.
We strongly recommend using our store locator for physical locations or ordering directly from us on our website.
What is the shelf life of ConQuest Scents products?
VS1 liquid has a shelf life for only one season and requires refrigeration.
Scent sticks DO NOT require refrigeration and should never be refrigerated or frozen.
We essentially produce all of our products as needed thereby providing the freshest product possible to our hunters.
With scent products, air is the enemy… the key is to minimize the interaction with air so they will last as long as they possibly can.
You should store your scent sticks in the ziploc style resealable bag that it came in, or if that is not possible, a similar ziploc style bag.
If you have access to a vacuum sealer, I am told by many of our hunters that they prefer that method… which makes sense— because then air is being essentially taken out of the equation.
How does it ship? Can I place a rush order?
We ship using USPS® Priority Mail® & UPS®.
Expedited shipping is available.
Any orders received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern time may be shipped the following business day. There is no shipping on weekends.
Separate orders are required if multiple ship days or addresses are desired.
Saturday delivery is a premium service provided by UPS and is not available in all areas.
Please see UPS.COM for holiday shipping blackout dates.
Depending on travel times our refrigerated products ordered on Wednesdays or after 3:00 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesdays may be shipped the following Monday unless “UPS Next Day Air” or “UPS 2 Day Air” is selected.
We WILL NOT replace or refund shipping charges or product due to UPS or USPS delivery errors or delays.

Please note: Some orders requiring larger packaging may not be given the option to ship Priority Mail.
Do you share my information? Is my information secure?
ConQuest Scents has a secure site in which personal information is NOT shared to third parties except for the purpose of processing orders and fulfilling customers needs. Any personal information collected is intended strictly for use and contact by ConQuest Scents.
We do NOT sell information.
No credit card information is ever stored.
This Web site is also secured with a SSL Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
ANY reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other materials that may be submitted physically or electronically are accepted as released to us and will be assumed as property of ConQuest Scents, Inc with full permissions and rights regarding same material.
What is your customer service policy?
ConQuest Scents strives to produce the highest quality products along with the highest customer service. We believe in treating customers the way we would want to be treated and producing products that we use ourselves. We want to be a part of a great hunting experience with you. We treat each customers needs as we would reasonably expect to be treated ourselves.
Any promotions, promotional items, or items that we do not manufacture are offered on a “while supplies last” basis and may be discontinued at any time without further notice.
ConQuest Scents is not responsible for any incorrect information on or regarding any merchandise sold that is not manufactured by us (apparel, meat sticks, etc.).
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
ConQuest Scents Inc. reserves the right to refuse any and all returns/exchanges.
All returns/exchanges may require pre-approval with a written return authorization by a representative of ConQuest Scents Inc.
Return/exchange shipping is not provided unless pre-authorized by a representative of ConQuest Scents.
In order to serve our customers to the best of our ability we request that a Proof of Purchase in the form of a receipt from an authorized retailer of ConQuest Scents’ products is available when replacement may be necessary.
In most instances, an original receipt dated within the current calendar year may be required to be submitted to process a return or exchange.
Any and all apparel or merchandise that is not manufactured by ConQuest Scents may be substituted without further notice for similar items when necessary and may vary in regards to brand or the ConQuest logo design or placement.
Any exchange or return of used or worn merchandise or apparel is completely at the discretion of ConQuest Scents, Inc.
A Restocking Fee of 25% may be imposed on returns of opened or damaged product.
